European Business Awards distinction for GNORA
The company will represent Cyprus in the European competition, in the category of customer-focused companies
GNORA Communication Consultants was declared national champion for Cyprus by the European Business Awards (EBA) 2016/17 and will now represent the island in the second stage of Europe’s biggest business competition. GNORA was selected by an independent committee and distinguished itself in the customer focus category.
The European Business Awards, now in their 10th year, is supported by business leaders, academics and political representatives from across Europe. Within the competition’s framework 33,000 businesses were evaluated this year, of which 636 were selected to represent 34 countries in the next stage of the competition.
As a specialised provider of consulting services in Corporate and Political Communication, Public Affairs and Publishing, GNORA competed in the customer focus category, securing a ticket for the competition’s second stage. GNORA Managing Director Andreas Hadjikyriacos stated: “We are very proud of this important distinction. Focusing on our customers is a priority for our company. The European Business Awards is a quality business competition, employing strict standards and we are honoured that GNORA received recognition at such a high level. We hope to be successful in the next stage so we can do Cyprus proud.”
Adrian Tripp, CEO of the European Business Awards, congratulated GNORA, noting that the company has shown the core principles of innovation, ethics and success that are central to the success of Europe’s business community.
The next round requires companies to make a presentation video, telling their story and explaining their business success. The company which receives the most votes will be declared ‘National Public Champion’.
