GNORA Communication Consultants earned a significant new distinction, in recognition of the importance it attaches to the development and maintenance of a people-centred, high-quality, and primarily safe, work environment. Specifically, following a dedicated employee survey, the company earned the prestigious Great Place to Work certification.
To become certified, organisations are evaluated by their own employees via the anonymous questionnaire Trust Index ©, which consists of five pillars: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Camaraderie. These pillars shape each employee’s workplace experience.

GNORA received a very high score and now claims a spot in the Cyprus 2022 Best Workplace list. In statements, GNORA’s General Manager, Sylvia Karakatsani expressed her satisfaction for the company’s certification, stressing that it is a recognition of its long-standing efforts to offer its people a healthy, pleasant, and creative work environment that promotes meritocracy, cooperation and collegiality, whilst providing equal opportunities for professional and personal development. “We will remain focused on investing in our people, who are the main driving force of our company.
