We Are Hiring: Social Media Specialist

GNORA, a dynamic communications consultancy specialising in Strategic Communications, Public Affairs and Reputation Management, is looking to recruit a Social Media Specialist to join its team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ businesses, products, services, target audiences and competitive environments.
• Develop and implement social media strategies.
• Manage clients’ social media accounts, monitor engagement and support community management activities.
• Create, edit and publish engaging content tailored to different audiences and social media channels.
• Work closely with graphic designers to develop creative and engaging visual content.
• Plan, coordinate and implement organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance, analyse results and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Stay informed about emerging social media trends, platform developments and online reputation best practices.

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least one year of proven experience in Social Media Management, Digital Communications, Online PR or related fields
• Excellent command of the English and Greek languages
• Strong copywriting, communication and content creation skills
• Good understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creativity, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
